Recruiting Campaign

6 month partnership with the Government & Public Service team to increase their recruiting engagement & overall success rate in filling challenging and often overlooked roles at Deloitte. Campaign included full strategic platform and messaging work to reposition the company offering and entice prospective candidates. Full trafficking and quality control of a multitude of asset produced for organic social, various job-posting channels, website assets & paid media. In addition, survey and discovery calls conducted along with A/B testing of creative to ensure success rate for senior stakeholders. Project included weekly client statuses, burn-reports, and client presentations.
